No, our soaps are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.  For roofs, it is important to use cleaning solutions that are strong enough to kill algae, mold, mildew and bacteria infestations.  In such cases, we water all plants before and after our roof treatment.  We also catch any runoff from the drain pipes.  In more than 20 years, we have yet to kill a single plant.

We accept payments by cash, check, debit or by credit card. You may pay your invoice online or upon completion on the day of service. In either case you will receive a paid receipt.

Concrete and pavement may be a lifetime investment. Having Sedona seal your concrete or driveway is a great way to insure your investment. We use ChemTec ONE to seal all concrete and Seal’n Lock sealer on pavers. Both are state of the art and VOC compliant. Sealing concrete is the only way to prevent cracking and deterioration.

Of course! Oil stains can seep through concrete and after years of resting in the concrete it can become more difficult to restore a brand new look.

Sedona Power Washing utilizes chemicals and detergents that dig beneath the concrete and eat away at the oils. Some stains will be completely eliminated and others will leave a small gray stain left after the cleaning. Either way, your concrete will look much better after being restored and cleaned by Sedona Power Wash professionals.

The terms “power wash” and “pressure wash” in many circles are completely synonymous. The fact is these terms are used interchangeably to describe the process of using high pressure water to clean surfaces. We use power washing techniques as well as soft washing particularly for roofs where high pressure can cause significant damage.

Pressure washing can not only damage your shingles, it will VOID your manufacturer’s warranty.  Soft Washing uses about as much pressure as a regular garden hose. It is the only method approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing Association (ARMA) so it won’t void your warranty. It is also recommended by most of the larger insurance companies as a form of general maintenance.
