Difficult Stains
Speaking of stains, we destroy and remove algae, mold, mildew, dirt, dust and bacteria but we can also remove rust, grease, battery acid, calcium, efflorescence and other unsightly or harmful stains to restore health and beauty to your brick, stone, cement, tile and more. We give you a full consultation to explain what we do and how we do it when we provide your free, guaranteed quote.
Cleaning Cement Properly
When we clean cement, we are careful to use only enough pressure to clean the surface while protecting the laitance or “cream coat” finish. It can be critical to pre-set pressure before washing each slab of concrete as the slabs can be different from one to the next. Some slabs will tolerate higher water pressure (psi) than others. Without getting too technical, there are also several other tweaks that can be done to equipment, detergent and washing technique to get the best result possible. We are one of the few companies that applies this knowledge.
Our Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple. We guarantee our quoted price, the quality of the work and the customer service experience. We do the type of work that has our customers asking for us to come back the next time. Relationship buidling is important to us, so our guarantee is a natural extension of our mindset.
- More eco friendly Traditional power washing can use up to 10 gallons of water per minute. When combining soft wash techniques the time spent cleaning with a power washer is reduced using far less water.
- It actually kills the organic staining Moss and black stains aren’t just dirt and dust. They are organic growth that is still present when blasted with water. We use detergent to kill 100% of organic growth.
- No damage from high pressure Some people believe more is better, but really the maxim should be to use the least pressure possible to do the job correctly. Using soft wash techniques will help clean the surface much better than water alone. It also means you can use less pressure for superior results so that your surfaces remain damage free.
- Gets cleaner and stays clean longer Our detergent is powerful enough that the cleaning will last 5 times longer on average than pressure washing with water only. That equates to much more savings for you while being more environmentally friendly.
